「期貨商負責人及業務員管理規則」第5條第2款所稱經本會認可者，係指依中華民國期貨業商業同業公會所定之期貨商業務員資格認可暨測驗作業要點辦理，並取得測驗合格證明者，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 2 of Article 5 of \"Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Futures Commission Merchants\", which stipulates that the associated person of a futures commission merchant who has been recognized by the FSC refers to the associated person who complies with operation directions on qualification recognition and examination stipulated by Chinese National Futures Association to acquire a qualification certificate (stipulation becomes effective from 23rd, June 2022)
