依「銀行法」第75條第2項第2款興建自用不動產或第3款原有不動產就地重建，建造建物投入之資金於建造完成取得所有權前，不計入同條第3項之限額控管，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 2 or Subparagraph 3 of Paragraph 2 of Article 75 of \"The Banking Act of The Republic of China\", which stipulates that the funds invested by a bank in the construction of real estate for self use or rebuilt original real estate shall not be counted toward the limit on investment in real estate specified in Paragraph 3 of the aforesaid Article before the construction is completed and the bank acquires the ownership of the building (stipulation becomes effective from 6th, April 2021)
