MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the abolition of the decrees documented as Ching-Wu-Tzu No. 09804606740 and Ching-Wu-Tzu No. 10004605810 regarding the interpretive rules pursuant to Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 31 of \"Mining Act\" (abolition becomes effective from 25th, January 2024)
