FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 3, 14 and 76 of \"Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers\", Article 3 and 66 of \"Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Foreign Issuers\", Article 3, 28 and 39 of \"Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Public Offering and Issuance Prospectuses\" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 1st, January 2024) and Article 29 and 35 of \"Regulations Governing Book-Entry Operations for Centrally Deposited Securities\" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 4th, January 2024)
