FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for stipulating relevant rules which shall be followed by banks (including offshore banking branches) who apply for concurrent operations in the underwriting and proprietary trading of bonds, beneficiary securities and asset-backed securities (stipulation becomes effective from 21st, July 2021)
