依「證券集中保管事業管理規則」第5條第6款規定，核准證券集中保管事業得經營「查核從事基金電子交易平台銷售業務及以自動化工具提供證券投資顧問服務之證券投資顧問事業之資通安全作業」業務，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 6 of Article 5 of \"Regulations Governing Centralized Securities Depository Enterprises\", which stipulates that centralized securities depository enterprises are approved for engaging in certification for cyber security of securities investment consulting enterprises engaging in selling fund on electronic trading platforms or providing securities investment consulting services with automated tools (stipulation becomes effective from 5th, October 2023)
