MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Notice is hereby given, for the amendment of \"Proportion of State-Owned Enterprise Research and Development Expenditure to the Total Budget\", and the renaming of the regulations as \"Proportion of State-Owned Enterprise Research and Development Expenditure to the Total Expenditure Budget\" (amendment becomes effective from 20th, November 2023)
