訂定依據「期貨商設置標準」第50條、「期貨顧問事業設置標準」第18條、「期貨信託事業設置標準」第48條、「期貨經理事業設置標準」第30條、「槓桿交易商管理規則」第24條、「期貨商管理規則」第23條、第56條之3、第56條之4及111年8月17日金管證期字第1110347171號令之相關規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation of rules in accordance with Article 50 of \"Standards Governing the Establishment of Futures Commission Merchants\", Article 18 of \"Standards Governing the Establishment of Futures Advisory Enterprises\", Article 48 of \"Standards Governing the Establishment of Futures Trust Enterprises\", Article 30 of \"Standards Governing the Establishment of Managed Futures Enterprises\", Article 24 of \"Regulations Governing Leverage Transaction Merchants\" and Article 23, 56-3 and 56-4 of \"Regulations Governing Futures Commission Merchants\" and the decree documented as Chin-Kuan-Cheng-Chi-Tzu No. 1110347171 (stipulation becomes effective from 17th, August 2022)
