配合112年2月23日台財稅字第11204507770號令修正發布「貨物稅稽徵規則」部分條文，廢止本部89年4月24日台財稅第0890453189號函、90年3月13日台財稅字第0900460144號函、98年10月26日台財稅字第09804564950號令及修正本部94年11月22日台財稅字第09404578120號函，自112年2月25日生效

MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the stipulation to abolish 2 missives documented as Tai-Tsai-Shui No. 0890453189 and Tai-Tsai-Shui-Tzu No. 0900460144 and a decree documented as Tai-Tsai-Shui-Tzu No. 09804564950 and to revise a missive documented as Tai-Tsai-Shui-Tzu No. 09404578120 in order to comply with the amendment on partial articles of \"Regulations for the Collection of Commodity Tax\" promulgated on 23rd, February 2023 (stipulation shall become effective from 25th, February 2023)
