修正「礦業法第二十八條第一項第三十八條第二款及第五十七條第一項妨害公益之認定原則」第3點、第5點規定，名稱並修正為「礦業法第二十條第一項第六款第四十二條第一項第二款及第六十五條第一項第四款妨害公益之認定原則」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the revision on Paragraph 3 and 5 of \"Directions for provisions of Paragraph 1of Article 28, Sub-paragraph 2 of Article 38 and Paragraph 1 of Article 57 of the Mining Act, Regarding Breach of Public Interest\", and the renaming of the Directions as \"Directions for Determining the Detriment to Public Interest Under Subparagraph 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 20, Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 42 and Subparagraph 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 65 of Mining Act\" (revised directions come into force from 12th, January 2024)
