MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for designating the enforcement date of \"Directions for Examination of Accrued Income from Controlled Foreign Company for Profit-Seeking Enterprise\" to be 1st, January 2023 (the aforesaid Directions apply to profit-seeking enterprise income tax returns of Fiscal Year 2023); for designating the enforcement date of \"Directions for Examination of Income Calculation from Controlled Foreign Company for Individual\" to be 1st, January 2023
