財政部公告：台灣區玻璃工業同業公會申請對自馬來西亞、印尼及泰國產製進口浮式平板玻璃課徵反傾銷稅及臨時課徵反傾銷稅案，不予臨時課徵反傾銷稅；本部將繼續調查，完成傾銷之最後認定

MINISTRY OF FINANCE Notice is hereby given, for announcing that the provisional anti-dumping duty would not be imposed on float glass, in sheets, originating in or imported from Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand in the case requested by Taipei Glass Commercial Association regarding the imposition of anti-dumping duty and provisional anti-dumping duty; the investigation will continue for making a final determination of the dumping case
