金融監督管理委員會公告：為防治嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎需要，各公開發行公司應自110年5月24日起至110年6月30日止，停止召開股東會，並修正「因應疫情公開發行公司股東會延期召開相關措施」，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, for stipulating that public companies shall stop holding shareholder meetings from 24th, May to 30th, June 2021 in order to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19; for the stipulation to revise relevant measures in response to the extension of shareholder meetings (stipulation becomes effective from 29th, June 2021)
